GETTING YOUR VOUCHER
Who is eligible to sign up for a voucher?
Residents of the State of Western Australia, aged 18 years or over at the time of voucher registration. Only one voucher can be claimed per person, at $100.00AUD per voucher. You’ll need to provide your details and agree to the terms and conditions when you register. There are 10,000 vouchers available.
Employees of the Promoter and the Promoter’s contractors and agents (including the participating visitor information centres associated with this Promotion) are not eligible to enter.

How do I sign up for a voucher?
Please visit www.wandervoucher.com.au where you will find a registration form. You will need to provide your full name, a valid email address, your residential street address and agree to the terms and conditions. You may be required to show photo ID when you go to redeem your voucher.
Is there a cost involved?
There is no cost to register and receive a voucher.
However, the voucher can only be used on West Australian tours and tourism experiences that can be booked through participating visitor information centres. Those who receive a voucher will have to spend at least $100 to receive the additional $100 to spend on a WA tour and/or experience (s).
I don’t have an email address, how can I access the voucher?
You must have a valid email address in order to receive your voucher.
Can I give my voucher to someone else?
The vouchers are non-transferable.
I have missed out on a voucher. What can I do?
Make sure you still register your details and you will be put onto a waiting list. Any vouchers that are not redeemed by 31 October 2020 will be made available to those on the waiting list (in order of registration).
Those who receive a voucher in this second round will be notified on 2 November 2020. They must redeem their voucher (i.e book their experience) by 30 November 2020 and undertake it by 31 December 2020.

I successfully registered for a voucher but did not received an email.
If you successfully registered, it can take up to one (1) business day for you to receive your voucher. Make sure you have checked the junk folder in your email.
If you still have not received your voucher after 24 hours, please contact the WA Visitor Centre for help.

REDEEMING YOUR VOUCHER
How do I redeem my voucher?
A digital voucher code will be issued to your email address within one (1) business day of successfully registering. To redeem and make a booking, you can either go online, call or visit any one of the participating WA visitor centres and quote the voucher code. You can view the list of participating visitor information centres here.
You will not be able to book directly with a tourism operator.
What tourism experience (s) can I book to redeem my voucher?
The voucher is only redeemable on West Australian tours and experiences available through participating visitor information centres. When booking online you’ll be able to see what is available to book using the voucher. Call or visit one of the participating visitor centres for advice or recommendations.
Unless it is part of a tour, the voucher cannot be used for equipment hire (e.g. car, campervan or boat), charter services, accommodation, restaurants or food outlets, events/festivals or national park entry fees.

Can I book more than one experience per voucher?
Yes, you can book multiple experiences using your voucher but it will need to be done in the one booking transaction.

Can I redeem the balance of the voucher and use it later?
No. Those who receive a voucher will have to spend at least $100 to receive the additional $100 to spend on WA tour and/or experience (s).
Can I use the voucher for an existing booking?
No, you can only use the voucher for new bookings. The booking must be made after you have been issued with your voucher.
How long do I have before I have to redeem my voucher (i.e. make a booking)?
You will need to make your booking by 31 October 2020 in order to redeem your voucher; however, you can take your tour or experience anytime until 31 December 2020.
What happens if I do not make a booking before 31 October 2020?
You will receive reminders to book before the 31 October deadline, but if that deadline passes, unfortunately your voucher will no longer be valid.
What happens to any unused vouchers?
Those who miss out on the initial 10,000 vouchers will be able to leave their details to be amongst the first to find out about any further voucher releases. Any vouchers which have not been redeemed by 31 October 2020, will be offered to the first people who registered on the wait list.
Those who registered on the waitlist will be notified of their successful registration for a voucher by 2 November 2020.
They must redeem their voucher (i.e book their experience) by 30 November 2020 and undertake it by 31 December 2020.
Please note, the original voucher code will be rendered invalid. A new voucher code will be issued to the new voucher holder.
Can bookings only be made through WA visitor centres?
Yes, you can only book through a participating visitor information centre.

I’ve booked an experience, but need to cancel the booking. Can I get the voucher refunded?
Vouchers are non-refundable.
You will need to contact the visitor centre where you booked your tourism experience to cancel your booking.
Refer to the terms and conditions outlined in your respective tour /experience booking confirmation to understand what refund you’ll receive on the balance you have paid.
What if the Operator cancels my booking?
If the operator cancels your booking and an alternative date or experience cannot be agreed, refer to the terms and conditions outlined in your booking confirmation to understand what refund you’ll receive on the balance you have paid.
Vouchers are non-refundable.
